F1 drivers presented with special Casio watch
Formula One drivers Sebastien Vettel and Mark Webber have been presented with special edition watches by luxury brand Casio.
The Casio watches were given to the racing pair, who both drive for the Red Bull team, at a press conference hosted by the watch brand.
At the event, Webber was quizzed on the controversial comment he made after driving to victory at the recent British Grand Prix. On TV coverage of the event, Webber can be heard saying that his win was "not bad for a number two driver", which many took to be a thinly-veiled dig at the apparent favouritism of his teammate.
Speaking at the conference, he said that while he did not regret saying it, he wished it had not been broadcast to the viewing public.
In Formula One, those driving for the same team are sometimes expected to take a hit in order to help another teammate - who may be doing better - progress in individual races and in the driver's championship as a whole. It is a common tactic within the sport and often sees teammates letting each other pass on the track.
