'Treat your mum' to a Rotary watch

Why not treat your mother to a watch this weekend to say thanks for all the cooking and washing she's done over the years?

Rotary is encouraging people to purchase one of its devices in time for Mother's Day on Sunday (March 14th).

The manufacturer said: "Go against the grain of traditional flowers and chocolates and get her a gift that will truly make her day special."

Some of its timepieces include the Rotary Precious Metals ladies 9ct gold case watch which is one of the most popular Rotary ladies watches, according to the company.

It features a quartz movement and underneath the mineral glass there is an ivory dial.

Another device from the manufacturer that could appeal to the younger mums is Rotary Aquaspeed ladies white case watch, which has a pink mother of pearl dial and a stainless steel bracelet.

One woman who already possesses one of the producer's timepieces is Rotary watch ambassador and powerboat racer Shelley Jory, who became the first ever female to compete in the Evolution class of Powerboat P1.ADNFCR-2923-ID-19661019-ADNFCR
