Casio watches ambassador advises youngsters
Casio watches ambassador Pixie Lott has given some advice to girl guides as part of International Women's Day.
The 19-year-old said people should ensure they prepare before they do something because "failing to prepare is preparing to fail", the Metro reported.
She added: "My tips to success are: passion, determination, a hard work ethic and always stay positive."
The Casio watches ambassador was joined by newsreader Angela Rippon and The Apprentice runner-up Saira Khan, who also gave advice.
Ms Rippon believes people should acknowledge their weaknesses and "be determined to make them" into strengths.
In addition, the Casio watches ambassador – a triple Brit award nominee - was pictured in the Daily Mail earlier this month paying tribute to Brigitte Bardot, Farrah Fawcett and Twiggy by recreating poses made famous by the threesome.
She was photographed in a red swimsuit in memory of former Charlie's Angels star Fawcett.
